We use your information only to:
- Create and manage your user account.
- Let you sign in securely with your User ID and password.
- Allow you to capture or upload images/documents for verification or support.
- Process account deletion requests submitted via the Google Form.
- Provide customer support and maintain/improve the app.

We do not sell or rent your information. We may share it only:
- With service providers (e.g., cloud hosting) who help us operate the app.
- If required by law or to protect legal rights.
- With your consent, if you choose to share files through your device’s native sharing options.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account information and uploaded documents only as long as needed for app functionality or as required by law. When you submit an account deletion request via the Google Form, your data will be permanently deleted from our servers after verification.

- Update or delete your account at any time.
- To delete your account, go to Delete Account in the app — you’ll be redirected to a Google Form to confirm your request.
- Revoke camera or photo permissions anytime from your device settings (note: some features may stop working).
7. Third-Party Services
The app does not integrate with tracking or analytics services. Sharing files uses only your device’s native share options. Google Forms is used solely to receive account deletion requests.
8. Children’s Privacy
Link Roadways Partner is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
